Currently Listening To: ScHoolboy Q – Groovline Pt.1 ft. Dom Kennedy x Curren$y

This song is my shit right now. Everybody goes off on this one. But Dom’s verse… so sick.

“Take off this red shirt, then my flannel
I need some head first, then I’mma fuck you in them sandals
Hit the coochie like a dime sack – ain’t those Gucci, didn’t I buy that?
Close your eyes, go and try that
You only live once and I know I got you soakin’ wet (thirsty)
Is the liquor store open yet? I need some moet to pour it on yo ass like a paintin’
Back shots leave the pussy shakin’ – this my open invitation
In the morning, make my toast with fresh orange juice and turkey bacon, bitch”

Kendrick Lamar x ScHoolboy Q Live In DC (Video)

Shout out The Madbury Club for this one!

We wanted to do something ambitious and unheard of in our neck of the woods, so we brought independent hip-hop talent Kendrick Lamar to DC’s 930 Club, one of the most renowned venues in the nation. With two weeks of promo, we were able to sell out the 1200 person venue and leave a lasting impact on the entire city. August 12, 2011 was an incredibly historic night in our eyes.

As we wandered through the foyer, up the elevator, and over the skywalk (what, your house doesn’t have a skywalk?), Schoolboy Q, a member of Lamar’s black hippy movement, delivered an exclusive performance of the yet-to-be released track, “There He Go.”
